1. Shipping times

At Street Line, we use drop shippers. This means that your product gets sent from the factory to your front doorstep for maximum efficiency! 😄But unfortunately, we can't always predict how quickly items will arrive. Shipping time varies from item to item and order to order. However, anything purchased from our store should arrive within 1.5-3 weeks after purchase. (Please allow extra time if you live in a rural area!) If an item takes longer than this please let us know and we will chase up on it! (These shipping timings are estimations for Australian customers...other international customers may experience faster shipping.)

2. Return Policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be applicable for items with clear sign of use or damage or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
